Capylani helps you make time for focused work and grow a virtual garden. This page explains purchase and usage information. The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page does not replace that agreement or your rights under applicable consumer law.

Free features and Capylani Pro

Capylani includes free features and optional Pro access. Current features, availability, prices, currency, billing period and purchase terms are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Some garden items require earned in-app currency or Pro. Virtual Acorns and Golden Acorns are part of the app experience, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Apple generally requires cancellation at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Any trial or offer applies only when explicitly shown and confirmed by Apple.

Lifetime access

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for Pro access without recurring subscription charges. It does not create a promise that the app, every feature or third-party services will remain available forever.

Restore, manage and request a refund

Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests; you can request help at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility depends on Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Your garden and backups

Your garden and focus history are stored locally. You are responsible for keeping backups you want to retain, particularly before deleting the app or changing devices. The app’s progress and rewards are virtual. Capylani is a productivity tool, not a medical service or a guarantee of study or work outcomes.

App blocking and permissions

Screen Time authorisation is optional. Blocking and notifications depend on your device, permissions and Apple’s operating system. System restrictions or delivery timing may affect their operation.
